and the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery Associates are pleased to announce
that the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery (LAMAG) is a participating gallery
in Made in L.A. 2012, organized byThe Hammer Museum and
LA>June 2 to September 2, 2012.
Building upon the tradition of
Hammer Invitational exhibitions, Made in L.A. 2012 features sixty
artists with an emphasis on those who are emerging and under-recognized. In
addition to painting, installation, video, and sculpture, Made in L.A. 2012
features six performance artists whose work will be performed at both the
Hammer and the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery (LAMAG). The exhibition
includes a full roster of public programming as well as a comprehensive
